Kensington is home for us. We design and install lighting control, security systems and electrics for houses, mansion flats and mews properties across the Royal Borough, usually with a short drive rather than a trek across London.
Much of Kensington & Chelsea is period property in conservation areas. We plan cable routes carefully, keep disruption low and choose fittings and keypads that sit comfortably in older interiors.
Being local means quicker surveys, easy return visits and someone nearby when you need support after handover. Pictured: one of our recent projects in Chelsea.

Lutron and Control4 systems that set the mood with one press, replace banks of switches with a single keypad, and work from your phone.
Intruder alarms, CCTV, video door entry and access control, designed around the property and handed over properly.
Rewires, consumer unit upgrades, new lighting circuits, EV chargers and EICRs, all certified under the NICEIC scheme.

Yes. We plan cable routes and fittings to keep visible changes to a minimum and work alongside your builder or architect. Any listed building consent is arranged by you or your architect before work starts, and we’re happy to supply the technical details they need.
Yes. The alarm and CCTV systems we install can be set, unset and viewed from an app, and we show you how everything works at handover.
Tell us about the project and we’ll arrange a free consultation.
