Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 2026

Integrated London Ltd ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This notice explains what personal information we collect when you use this website or our services, how we use it, and the rights you have over it under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.

Who we are

Integrated London Ltd is an NICEIC-approved smart home, security and electrical installation company serving London and the Home Counties. We are the data controller for the personal information described in this notice.

We are registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO), registration number 00014858201. You can contact us about anything in this notice at [email protected] or on +44 (0)800 0029 365.

Information we collect

Information you give us. When you use our contact or quote form, or email or call us: your name, email address, phone number, property address and details of the work you're enquiring about. If you become a client: correspondence, quotations, contracts, invoices and payment records, and information about your property needed to design, install and maintain your systems (such as plans and system documentation).

Information collected automatically. When you browse this site: technical information such as your device type, browser, pages visited and approximate location, collected through analytics cookies described below.

How we use your information

  • To respond to enquiries and provide quotations — because you have asked us to (steps prior to a contract).
  • To deliver and maintain our services — performance of our contract with you, including electrical certification and warranty support.
  • To meet legal and regulatory obligations — such as keeping accounting records and certification records required by our approval schemes.
  • To understand how our website is used — our legitimate interest in improving the site, based on analytics data collected with your consent.

We do not sell your information, and we do not send marketing you haven't asked for.

Cookies and analytics

This site uses a small number of cookies. Strictly necessary cookies make the site work and don't require your consent. We also use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site; these cookies are set only if you accept them via the cookie banner. Analytics data is aggregated and does not identify you personally to us.

You can withdraw consent at any time by clearing cookies in your browser, and most browsers let you block cookies entirely. For more about how Google uses this data, see Google's privacy information.

Embedded content

Some pages include content served by third parties — currently Google customer reviews and Instagram posts showing our recent work. When a page containing this content loads, those providers (Google and Meta) may set their own cookies and collect data about your visit as if you had visited their sites directly, particularly if you are logged in to an account with them. Their use of your data is governed by their own privacy policies: Google and Instagram (Meta).

Who we share information with

We share personal information only where necessary to run our business and deliver our services:

  • Certification and scheme bodies (such as NICEIC) where required for electrical certification;
  • Our accountant, insurers or professional advisers where needed;
  • Trusted service providers who process data on our behalf, such as cloud storage, email and accounting software, under appropriate contractual terms;
  • HMRC, regulators or other authorities where the law requires it.

Your information is stored in the UK or EEA, or with providers offering safeguards recognised under UK GDPR.

How long we keep information

  • Enquiries and quotations that don't proceed: up to 2 years;
  • Client contracts, invoices and financial records: 6 years after the end of the relevant tax year, as required by HMRC;
  • Electrical and system certification records: for the life of the certification and any period required by scheme rules.

Information we no longer need is securely deleted or destroyed.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to:

  • Access a copy of the personal information we hold about you;
  • Have inaccurate information corrected;
  • Ask us to delete information we no longer need;
  • Restrict or object to how we use your information;
  • Receive your information in a portable format;
  • Withdraw consent at any time where we rely on it (such as analytics cookies).

To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details below. We'll respond within one month.
