Fulham and Hammersmith are on our doorstep, a few minutes from our Kensington base. We work on Victorian terraces, family houses and mansion blocks, from a single circuit to a full smart home.
Much of the area is Victorian and Edwardian terraces, many now split into flats, plus large mansion blocks around Barons Court and West Kensington. That often means older wiring, shared supplies and tight ceiling voids.
So we survey properly before we quote, explain what we find in plain English, and keep the work tidy for you and your neighbours.

Rewires, consumer unit upgrades, extra sockets and lighting, EV chargers and electrical safety reports (EICRs) for homeowners and landlords.
Wired and wireless alarms, CCTV, video doorbells and door entry, well suited to terraces and converted flats.
Lutron lighting control, Control4 automation, multi-room audio and reliable whole-home Wi-Fi.

Yes. Private landlords in England must have the electrical installation inspected and tested by a qualified person at least every five years and give a copy of the report to their tenants. We carry out EICRs and can put right anything that needs attention.
Not necessarily, but older boards often lack RCD protection, which guards against electric shock. If you’re renovating, adding circuits or the board is showing its age, we’ll test it and tell you honestly whether an upgrade is needed.
Yes. We work within building rules: booking access, protecting communal areas and providing the certificates managing agents ask for.
Tell us about the project and we’ll arrange a free consultation.
